The superior room I stayed, had a fantastic view, 2 windows, one for each side, with a superb view. The fact that there is no tv. Free internert. The fact that it is a 4* star hotel but you can be at easy. Candles lights when you arrive to your room, gives a very warm wellcome.
The lack of experience of some of the staff in the restaurant. Do not recomend their restaurant (better ones in the small village, specially around the main square. Being a desig hotel, lacks wardrobes, when showring, everything gets wet. Lack of space in the bathrrom. Hotel had problems with the heating when I arrive but next day were solved. The Bar can be a bit cold.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The location was great, with beautiful views and walking distance to town and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
A minor improvement for the breakfast would be more variety in the options available.

Well-designed hotel, our stay was perfectly pleasant.
Everything was nice, so were extraordinary views of the lake. The staff was professional and helpful during our whole stay. There were central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, liked that. They recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner...

The location of the hotel is exceptional, with stunning views of the waterfront and mountains. It's also conveniently located close to the town center and great restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom and plenty of storage.
The service at the hotel left a lot to be desired. Staff was unresponsive to our requests, and the dining options were limited and unappetizing.
